Temporary Guest Account
Using the Rice Visitor Management System, a Rice employee may sponsor a temporary guest with possible options of email, VPN access, or other IT accounts.
When guests need access to Office of the Registrar (OTR) classroom podium computers for a presentation, a Rice sponsor can request temporary access on their behalf. This process is only required for presenters that do not have a Rice account (NetID) and plan to use the Office of the Registrar classroom podium computers. This is not needed if presenters are using their own laptop. See more: Temporary Guest Access for OTR Classroom Podium Computers.
