As part of the Operations, Finance and Support division’s commitment to the constituent experience, we're making it easier for you to provide feedback.  Using a simplified approach, we are streamlining the former Customer Satisfaction Survey into a two-question format: 

·        Was your issue resolved?

·        Regardless of the issue resolution, was your experience satisfactory?

An optional comments section will be available if you wish to elaborate, and there is an opportunity to follow up with the OIT leadership team. 

These changes will enhance our ability to gauge and address constituent satisfaction, identify professional and resource development areas for OIT, and ultimately guide us to enhance operational effectiveness in administrative and infrastructure services.
